1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one active account on cu66 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, notify cu66 support immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cu66 credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity under your account login is your sole responsibility. Notify cu66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. cu66 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
cu66 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by cu66 from time to time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance screening. cu66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending satisfactory completion of verification. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may, at cu66's discretion, be required to be withdrawn via the same method.
- Minimum Deposit:The minimum deposit at cu66 is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be credited to your account.
- Processing Times:bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within seconds. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are normally completed within five minutes, though compliance reviews may extend this timeframe.
- Currency:All account balances, bets and winnings are denominated in BDT. cu66 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency received will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at cu66's discretion.
- Chargebacks:Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal while retaining winnings derived from those funds constitutes fraud. cu66 will suspend any account that initiates a chargeback and will pursue recovery through all available legal means.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
cu66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds. Live dealer games are conducted in real time using physical equipment operated by professional dealers. Results from live games cannot be cancelled or reversed once the round is complete and the result confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cu66. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Money Laundering:Using cu66 to process proceeds of crime, to layer or integrate illicitly obtained funds, or to otherwise engage in any activity constituting money laundering under applicable law is strictly forbidden.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation:Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or any other form of fraud against cu66 or other players is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
- Automated Software:Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI tools or any other automated system to interact with cu66, place bets or exploit game mechanics is strictly forbidden. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
- Collusion:Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus funds or gain an unfair advantage over cu66 or other players is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
cu66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period, suspected problem gambling, or receipt of a chargeback instruction. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited.
You may close your cu66 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, pending bets will be settled under standard rules and any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds under active wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable verification requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cu66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, computer damage or system failures. This limitation applies regardless of whether damages are claimed in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cu66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cu66 operates. cu66 will make every reasonable effort to resolve any dispute with a player informally in the first instance. Players are encouraged to contact cu66 support with any complaint before initiating formal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
cu66 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cu66 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
Your continued use of cu66 after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
